oops I seem to have got off on the wrong foot. (*can" one get off when standing on one foot? Be a bit difficult to keep balance, wouldn't it). I just thought you were all evacuees or refugees from BBC or WH or whatever.

The weather has been a bit chilly down here, but it is wonderful to not have that horrible sadistic sun beating down on us. Hope you are having a good summer. xxx

Oh lovely, poor little baby Flintoffy-Wintoffy, with his poorly arms and legs, and he is quitting cricket BUT NOT JUST YET.  It is winter here, yet today was so hot I was walking round in a singlet. (And a skirt. So not 'just a singlet'.). I want ice and snow and hail. I hate the sun, I want to stab it. |

Well, yes, I have been called Denis a few times, mainly by Margaret.
I only bowl underarm, nowadays, as I don't like anyone seeing the damp sweat patches on my shirt. Not noice.
