anyone watch FastFoward the other night on channel 5? its intriging and needs to be watched episode at a time. Its bascially the whole planet of humans falls asleep for 2 minutes,while asleep they have dreams pf the future. when they wake up there is mayhem all around. I heard about that Sesley, but I didn't see it. My workpal was telling me about it today. Was it any good? I don't like 'Lost' or 'Prison Break' (which my workpal was comparing it to.) |

It took a while for me to get into,it has a intriguing story, i didn't bother with Prison break or Lost, i need to watch more to see how it goes.

I'm sure Mr E will be delighted to know that discussions of his groin has been plastered all over a message board!  I've already told him that you all wish him well! I took him in at 8 am and he was home here by 1pm. He fairly skipped in to the cardiac department when he saw the two young nurses who would be looking after him. The angiogram showed that he needs to have angioplasty, which means he goes back in a few weeks time and has a stent fitted into a narrowed artery. We were hoping that it wouldn't come to that, but I suppose it's preferable to major open heart surgery! It's quite a common procedure apparently. It will take him about 4 weeks recovery at home, so I shall have to hire a nurses uniform. ;D At the moment, he's reclining on the sofa with his leg up. He's a bit sore and says (in his words) that he feels like he's been kicked in the nuts by a donkey. The new applicant for the other half of the "Boodwar de Bonbon" was due in hospital today for knee surgery...but was sent home because of high blood pressure.... **sigh** good job I'm a patient woman.....  |
