Tunis cakes

My mum used to buy those,made by Mcvities a vanilla sponge with thick chcolate covering with pink and blue icing and marziapn fruits in the middle. over the eyars the chocolate got thinner, couldn't find one in tescos so i have made my own version using white chocolate and vanilla in the sponge then cover with a chocolate ganache topping, the icing i will leave out and the marzipan fruits instead chocolate buttons and christmas cake decoarations on tomorrow, i am working 10.00 am to 6.30 pm so i am rushing to get as much done today. wot no xmas smileys? Merry Christmas
