Darn, you answered it already further down Btw, Robocop 3 was fucking shit (there's always room for expletives ) Yeah, I knew you would be wise to it. Never seen Robocop 3 (or Starship troopers 2) for that matter...I prefer my memories of these wonderfully fun movies not to be sullied by pathetic follow ups. Edit: Robocop 2 is allowed because it had a crack-fueled mass murdering criminal turned into a robot...which is always a good idea for the basis of your law enforcement police robot (or maybe not). ;D AH

But your concern to preserve the good reputation of the middle classes is duly noted. ;D I read the Daily Mail, don't I?

That was one of my reasons for buying it. The Sun and Daily Mirror are dreadful for that. Don't know about the others though. There aren't enough photographs in The Guardian and Independent for me. ;D And I don't read the Telegraph because I thought you were only allowed to if you came from Surrey or Sussex.

agreed... just full of idle chit chat and celbrity gossip and bullshit.. its all very silly. i usually buy the guardian of a saturday, althou it takes me most of the following week to read it, by which time the news i have read is out of date, but thats ok, cos i catch up on the latest developments the following week. :/

Costal! You don't read The Guardian do you? I'm impressed. And you don't mind that there aren't many photographs? I find the type face a bit boring tbh.

i do Ev! only as saturdays, as mentioned.. there are lots of photographs in the magazines and supplements so i get my fix of visual stimulation off of them, and then i battle with the syntax for a whole week, as concepts of news attempt to be translated into my babelfish brain.. takes a whole week to do it. i dont like people who write columns in newspapers and try to be funny either. Its not the time Nor the place.

Quentin Letts of the Mail has me in fits. He's a bit P.G. Wodehouse-ish.

Ev, I read the Guardian every day. I read a lot of it as well - well, not the finance, or the sport. But will you go out with me, eh eh?
