Good old David Nutt. He does seem to have the thinking that 'People want to have fun so let's help them do it!' Rather than 'People want to have fun and we don't want that do we?!'
I'm often saying that if the Government concetrated less money on stopping people doing things and more money concentratin on why they're doing these things and what would make them happier so they didn't do it in the first place' - (A bit of decent wealth distribution for a start!) The balnce in life would be a lot better.

This is a stupid idea...part of the drinking experience is being horrifically drunk and embarrassing/hurting yourself and then feeling like shit the next day...just ask Riotgrrl! AH
