I am all out of suggestions for Mini-Trub. She's fussy. I am off to heat up some prawns from M&S for her but she only eats rubbish and I need some good suggestions. She likes pork (and chicken kievs sometimes).

"Chicago Town" Barbecue burgers (from Iceland) are well tasty...as are the same brand mini-pizzas. Failing that, if the backwater of Ireland has a "Papa Johns" pizza place...browse their site and order a pizza online...they are pricey, but they are the BEST! AH

If you're heating up prawns, why not use them as part of a pizza?
Plain Pizza base - lightly sprinkle with olive oil - and the baking tray you're putting it on. Usual tomato paste, grated cheese etc. Sprinkle your defrosted prawns over - mushrooms - I grill some sliced pepper and peel the skin off and put slices of that on - then from a small tin of tuna splodge a bit around in little clumps - a bit more cheese, season to taste.
So you've got something that by name is junk buy by ingredients is pretty healthy (cheese aside of course).

Right so that's burgers and pizza.
Look, guys, no offence, but I coulda thought up burgers and pizza on me own. ;D ;D I was hoping for more proper food.
Healthy pizza, I suppose that's worth a shot, but she won't eat peppers, mushrooms are probably a bit of a gamble, tuna? lol nooooo.
Will think about it though.
(If you put prawns on a pizza, how long do you let them cook, 20 mins?)

That's actually quite tragic...I was never a "take out pizza" kinda guy until I discovered Papa J's. AH

Good call! Or one of my faves....two Pringles squished together with primula cheese and ham spread inbetween them, a tasty nutritional snack. AH

You just cook it until it's cooked! We've just used frozen prawns so far, so I suppose they're precooked anyway.
Tonight it was Leek and Bacon with Penne Pasta in a cheese sauce. Smokey bacon gives it extra flavour.
Xcept Trubbs is a veggie of course
Tuna works as well instead of Bacon.

Veggies don't eat Tunas and Mini-Trubs aren't veggies but they don't eat Tunas either because they are fussy. They are so fussy they don't even eat onions and I am trying to persuade her that leeks are nice but.... I do a bacon and pasta dish for her (of which she is tiring) but if I try to slip peas or broccoli into it she notices.
Did I mention that she's 17 not 2 even if I am making her sound like a toddler! : X

How about nice healthy Cheese Salad wraps. Or is a wrap also a fajita? I like those with very local, very free range chicken, roasted vegetables and salad. and just a drizzle of rosemary olive oil. Yum.
