Have you 'got in' anything over the usual? There's usually Whisky and sherry in the house, and the odd bottle of wine, but we've topped it up with some Gin and Rum.
Does anyone drink Snowballs anymore?

My aunt does -- and let me tell you, they are not very available in most pubs which makes pubbing with her a kerfuffle.
Did you watch Oz and Hugh and their Christmas Drinks programme? They tried so many weird things that they loved the snowballs, it made me want to try one.
I am determined to get drunk this year.

Oh well, don't forget the photos then! I very nearly posted a Chrimbo pic of some years ago where I thought I was manfully propped up against the mantelpiece looking a picture of Christmasness. Unfortunately the reality is some fat bloke in a fancy shirt with a silly hat on. So you can't see it.

I find nowadays I don't actually get drunk. I just start feeling ill. Such a drag.

......and we wanted pictures too, didn't we Mrs E! Isn't it dreadful though when you get to the stage (or get to 'the age') where you realise where your natural limits are and divert to the mineral water or orange juice to save yourself from the 'worst' happening? The only time that thought tends to go to hell is sitting down with a good friend and a bottle of whisky! oooooooh dearrrrrrr.

............and isn't it dreadful when you reach the age when you start using phrases like "Isn't it dreadful" I could imagine someone called Fforbes Hamilton saying it - but not me, really.
