Liz to win! She's lovely.
That Stella . . I don't like her at all. And I don't rate her.

What a complete bunch of twerps - even if they did win last night. Actually, I had to laugh (in a cruel way I suppose) at the girls, who really thought they had it in the bag.

Actually, the funny thing is that I can't stand The Apprentice (so I always say). Mr. E. insisted on watching it and you just get sucked in.

I've not been following The Apprentice at all, and caught up with it last night
But are you sure you are not judging Stella on her appearance? She is hard faced, but that doesn't make her a hard woman. If anything (and I admit that I am judging her only by last night) she is far too over-cautious.
She doesn't have a face that lends itself to close ups, and doesn't have a pair of enormous eyes coupled by exaggerated eyelashes to flash and flutter, but I'm sure Sugar can see through that. I hope she beats the other women now.

I LOVE the apprentice.. however the candidates are not all that impressive, are they? i know its all edited, and the tasks are in themselves rather difficult and often out of their comfort zones, but thats the rather the point aint it? i too think Liz has been looking the most likely, she always seems to do well, despite making the odd mistake here n there, she at least always seems to have a few positives about her approach, even when she has cocked up here n there ( like last night) i think Stella has been rumbled, as was often mentioned last night.. she is proffessional in a corporate style, all well and good, but doesnt seem able to adapt.. perhaps she is best off working in the job she is currently employed in. the boys totally winged it last night.. funny to watch, but not very impressive i would imagine in Alan Sugars eyes. great television though.

I love the Apprentice. It is consistently good. I am watching the Irish one too where we are down to the final so I get a double dose of it each week.
Stella is a lot more impressive than Liz! What are you lot on?

Just looking at your avatar, I think it's time that we all changed ours to complement the Season.

That's just her business persona. She understands competition; and ruthlessness with etiquette. You can't evaluate her based on her revealing female charms - which, by the way, is exactly what Liz offers! Take away Liz's extraordinary feminine beauty and see what's left. It's good but it's not Stella.
Sralan might well choose to fire Stella - after all, he fired someone similar last year because he found her too robotic in perfection - but if I had to choose someone to make me money, I'd choose Stella.
Except, I wouldn't let her order in the lunches.

Except, I wouldn't let her order in the lunches. Funnily enough, I was thinking about people like Stella today. We recruited 8 new managers for a new tier of mgt in my org. I was not involved in the recruitment, but my colleague who recruited them is one of these bland say-nothing-in-case-you-say-something-wrong types, and he has appointed in his own image. So now we have these 8 bland robots walking about - I wouldn't give you a fig for any of them. The people who come to work with passion in their hearts for their job, some of whom can come over as eccentric, they're the ones I like to work with. So I'd take Liz over robotic-Stella any day. But I bet Srallan gives the job to one of the boys. He has a thing for young boys (not in a seedy way).

I forgot there were any boys left. The final will be Stella and Liz, surely!!
The Irish final is two women. A sort of younger Stella and a wildcat.

Riot, I don't like robots - I hate working with them and I hate playing with them - so I suppose Sralan might think that way. It's just, if you want to leave someone in charge of a project to make you money while you're off playing a few a rounds of golf... does it matter if its a robot? It's the $$$ that count.
