Just watched the first episode of the subject programme on 4OD (well worth signing up for). No adverts during the programme.
Loved it. A lorralorra laughs. They take no prisoners.
That Lauren Laverne is the anchor. What a smashing, simple, no-edge lass she is. And pretty with it. And such perfect diction. I dare say she's found her niche.
Chelmsford was mentioned at least twice. Not at all disparagingly, I might add.
David Mitchell interviewed David Willetts, the Education Minister, who is strangely reminiscent of a bald Captain Darling, only a lot less intelligent or lovable.
