They wouldn't have ended the world half way through a Dr Who two parter. (Mark Gattiss, I think.)

I admire the man who took thousands of dollars in exchange for feeding the loonies' dogs after the big day. He included a 'No Refund' clause in the contract. Maybe he got a special franchise from god!

Well, we were at a wedding evening reception last night and the world certainly didn't end during that. In fact it was a damn good night. There was an excellent band playing really good stuff - they started off with "All Right Now" so they obviously knew the best way to get a party started. When I got into bed last night my ears rang like bells because I'd been dancing next to a speaker most of the evening. However, I'd had a bit too much to drink so I got off to sleep pretty quickly, despite the bells. ;D

I read about this yesterday...guy must have been laughing all the way to the bank...he will also be counting down the days to 21st December 2012 when he can make another pile of easy cash from these kinds of people. ;D AH

But are we really here, or is this just the waiting room? They served up an excellent lunch, the waitress looked just like my wife. How long is the day of judgement going to take? I hope they provide refreshments.

I suppose the proper god bothering folks knew all about it (one expects the holy fucking rapture to be memorable, no?).
Us mere mortals wot don't go to church and stuff...maybe we were just quickly and mercifully cut down by avenging angels and didn't notice it...

the Mayans say December the 21st 2012,so we can at least lenjoy the Olympics, but not christmas you will glad to know Chris. Talking of the Olympics, I sense yet another fiasco looming which the taxpayer will no doubt be expected to somehow fund . . . In total, 1.9million people applied in the first round - and 1.2 million did not get a ticket. So 63% of applicants got nowt. I expect Lansley and Cameron are green with envy wondering how they can get the NHS working that way with as little hassle as Coe managed it. (Until they can turn it over completely to US companies, as called for in Dave's Great Plan.) Mark my words, Coe will be in the Cabinet before you can say Poll Tax.

My Half Birthday is in December, so I might well be the AntiChrist. Just saying. Ambition is good. Dominus vobiscum, et cum spiritu tuo. (Even you, Riot.)
(Rangers plays Hearts first match next season. Not them, obviously.)
(I like rapture.)
