I thought this was Riot's game? Is she lying pished in a gutter somewhere again? At 2.03 am when you wrote this, I was tucked up in my bed with my young lover like any sensible person. Whereas you, you saddo, were bitching about me on the internet. Who's the coolest SWL??

A little hungover this morning are we? They do say Buckie has a helluva kick. How many brain cells did the good monks account for last night?

In reality I fell asleep on the couch about 9 pm, having drunk entirely too much whisky (as one does at funerals), then going on a bit of a sesh with Gothboy (which was nice; like old times).
I was rudely awoken by Gothboy telling me that Queen of Troubled Teens had phoned and was on her way home. And I looked at the clock and realised that she was about AN HOUR LATE and went off my nut. We spied her out the window, snogging!!!!
Funerals are great. They're like weird special holidays.
I am thinking of becoming a Humanist Funeral Person. Honestly. I am good at public speaking and I really think I could say things that would be moving and comforting to the bereaved. Plus, it would be interesting.
I've been looking to take up some kind of voluntary work now the girls are getting a bit bigger - they're both leaving school this year, and there's going to be little point in me spending my evenings and weekends sitting on the couch worrying about them for hours.

You're no getting tae speak at my funeral. Nobody would understand a word. One squeak from that Weegie throat and everybody would think they were about to get stabbed.
Given the fact that so many Weegies die diseased or by violence, is it really appropriate for another Weegie to be invited to crow over the corpse?

I'll have been drinking champagne for days beforehand and will be too busy celebrating to be in any fit state.

Talking of speaking - In a certain chatroom not so long ago a certain person was encouraging certain people to broadcast their voices over the net in some form or other - Two people obliged - but the one doing the encouragement? Didn't.
What shall we do with him?
