I'm sure I've told everyone about the time he invited me to share his sleeper on the night train to Fort William. And I must add that when I declined the invitation, he did take 'no' for an answer. He wasn't particularly bothered by my refusal, and I now realise why - I was already over 30, far too old. |

They really are going for it (the media) aren't they. Absolutely horrible man - as many long suspected. Cameron must be p'ed off as it trampled all over his speech. No one was talking about him this morning as they were Miliband or even Clegg the week before!

I find it quite amusing the way George Alagiah shakes his head when he says the name Jimmy Savile during the news at six.
I think that head shaking might catch on...bad news for those still wearing Jim'll Fix It badges...they might end up with black eyes should they shake their heads too vigorously.
