My (then) 80something Nan would lust after Dermot Murnaghan.  "The things I could do with him!" she'd say.  Did you get the programme Naked Video down south? It was a comedy sketch show and one of the characters was an elderly woman in care. One sketch had her being bathed by a young male carer who was asking her (in a patronising way) what she missed about her younger days. "Oh," says this sweet old lady, "I really miss boaby" "Boby?" says the carer. "Was that your husband then?" "No," she says. "I just miss boaby". I think I get it, though I may be mistranslating. Fry and Laurie had a similar sketch, where Laurie (as an old man) was mourning all the things he#'d never experienced "I've never seen a woman urinate...") until Fry gave him his nightly sedative. Aaah! Naked Video and Absolutely. We'll not see their like again! Though I hear the Absolutely team still pop up with sitcoms for STV or BBC Scotland?
