Sweet little story about said friend's Dublin trip. He was wont to visit a book shop (and brought me back a Gen-u-ine Flann o'Brien) His eyesight isn't brilliant and he carries a white stick. He made friends with a lovely assistant though who even started reading him passages from the books he was interested in!
