There may still be a chance but if things don't improve I am closing up at the end of May.

Oh...and it's changed a bit since you might have last looked in.

Several boards are moribund and they all share a small number from the BBC often broken off from a a bigger ex-BBC group and never try to attract anybody else, either avoid dicussion or thump their tub preaching without listening. All boards go through quiet patches and the ones that have enough interested members survive.

It's called natural selection or survival of the fitest.

If a board is really in the doldrums maybe it's because no one wants to post there anymore!

Also, your new colour scheme is not easy to read. It is established fact that dark letters on light backgrounds are easy to read, but reversed out writing, such as your new colours, actually makes people read less. You should look up some of the research on this, and how and what people read. It's very interesting. I used to be up on it all when I had a responsibility for marketing.

the bottom line is that EVERYONE skips through the reversed out type because it's too hard to read.

I can only speak from my own heart as to who repels and bores me; others, after all, may be bored and repelled by me. (Although that's hard to imagine.)

Lots of different boards, so everyone can choose who they hang about with. That's the best way.
