I checked the news sites and haven't found anything beyond "Critically Injured" as of 16th March, so I suspect it is just gossip

This is a terrible story she only had a very minor fall on a beginners slope and was trying to refuse treatment but the instructors insisted, hours later she is in intensive care.
Horrible

It would seem that she is dead now - it's even in Wikipedia already

She is British Theatre Royalty. Her mother is Vanessa Redgrave, her father is Tony Richardson. The Redgrave-Richardson theatrical dynasty is legend. Philistines.

I'm sorry, I still have no idea who she was.
I know who liam neeson is, because he was in a film where he and his cajun family took war to some city folks wot had wronged them...shotgun deaths a plenty.
He also played Qui-Gon Jinn, in what "Warsies" will tell you was the first ever screen portrayal of a "Grey Jedi".

I just didn't know who she was! The saddest thing about it is there's no "hook" to hang it on. Had this happened in Britain - the ambulance would have been too late - or the skiing instructor wouldn't have been up on his H&S and would have let her go when she said she felt fine in the first place, or the skis she had would have been second hand and faulty - or she'd have caught a bug from an MRSA riddled hospital. As it was - the instructor did it by the book and insisted she saw a doctor and she was rushed to hospital appropriately, but still she died! It makes it all the more unfair somehow.

Paramedics came to the scene but were sent away without seeing her - I gather because she said she was fine. It was only a beginners slope that kids use and you can imagine falling on it and saying you're fine, feeling more embarrassed than anything. I would do the same. There's a lesson there for us all to go by the book, let the medical people do their checks and to take seemingly small things seriously. But you're right, everything was fine, no one did anything wrong, it's just a horrible strike of chance.

I read that she refused to see a doctor and even signed a waiver to that effect. What a sad sad story. Poor girl. I'm sure the family are devastated - as any family would be. Let's hope the press aren't too intrusive. Her poor boys - 12 and 13.

Hidden in that long list of films that if you'd seen more than 85 you are a saddo, is one of my guilty pleasures, a film called 'Maid in Manhattan' with J-Lo. I have no idea why but if it's on I always end up watching it.
Natasha played the stuck-up rich lady in it. If that's any help.
