it is in the news n stuff that the mum of EnGLAND FOOTBALL captain John Terry got nicked for shoplifting £800 worth of gear from TESCOS. www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-1165218/England-captain-John-Terrys-mum-caught-shoplifting-mother-law-M-S-Tesco.html whats that all about then? shes dead loaded n stuff so why is she nicking stuff out of tescos n that? Also, £800 worth of goods is qwuite a large haul, qwuite frankly.. how on earth do you expect to get away with going undetected with an £800 haul of groceries hidden up yer jumper? and how comes she got let off with a caution? is that the going rate for nicking £800 worth of goods? cos i qwuite i fancy my chances if all im gonna get is a slapped wrist.. off to ASDA i go

Don't bother with their home brand version of Pringles, even as freebies - blech

Did you never get caught then?
Please list some of things you have shoplifted. And make it good and steamy.

I've never shoplifted (unless you count munching on grapes or mushrooms while walking around). But I have acquired things from other places - like cutlery or glasses from pubs and restaurants. And i've got loads of xmas decorations from nights out, including a huge wreath for the door that I got from a pub

Mayonnaise and books mainly - just bare essentials. I have some pub glasses, of course, but today I bought 5 sausage rolls for €5 and handed in €20. The lady very kindly gave me €25 change.

Shoplifting was all the rage for a few months when I was about 12 or 13. We used to blast through all the local chemists and nick make-up. Easy to palm.

As a kid, yes. Plenty of things, mostly books. Not because it was necessary, but because I liked the buzz

No, I tried to steal from the McDonalds tree but a witch working there said "they aren't to take, they're for decoration" and I said I wanted them for my decorations, and then she got security to remove me

In 199something I procured a roast dinner for four from a local pub.
I did actually go to pay and stood there for some 5-8 minutes., but no one came to take my money so I just wandered casually out to the Mk1 Escort that was backed up to the front door with the enginge warming up and raring to go - and left.
Wasn't my fault they didn't want my money was it!?

A treat for Mini-Trub who has gone off meat but apparently sausage rolls aren't meat. ;D It's a proper independent real baker local shop and so worth the support anyway, right?

Amongst the ill gotten gains I purloined, was the "Talisman" board game, and later all the expansion sets for it. T'was a tad on the large size tho

The most I've ever nicked was the shampoos and stuff in hotels. But I'd paid for those anyway!

T'was a tad on the large size tho Heh, the biggest things I nicked were fancy pretty ring binders for the gurls, a swift movement to shove 'em up the front of my jacket and sell 'em for £1 a pop. AH
