A "no trainers" message flashed across my screen just now when I logged on.
Stiletto heels or walking boots I might understand - but no nice comfy rubber soled lace ups, scrubbed ever so white?
I shall remove them anyway and walk all over the house in my smelly socks. So Yah boo.

Sounds suspiciously like Plimsoles to me? You can pass According to the spell-check that should be Plimsolls but it doesn't look right to me? Do they still make Plimsolls? After all - that's all a "Trainer" is - A Plimsoll on steroids! I have never been attracted by trainers - one look at a pair screams "Sweaty Feet" to me As a result my tootsies have been strangled in the boring range of "ordinary" shoes that are manufactured for men. Deck shoes are OK, but it's been a god twenty five years since I've had a proper chunky, all weather pair of those - Bought from the Burlington Arcade in London as I recall - for £5 and lasted a good 8 years!

I have not seen this warning, but I generally wear boots, so maybe it is a "smart warning" that detects what you wear on your feet as you log into the forum? AH

I sincerely hope not, AH becuase I have studied the massage again and as well as saying "no trainers" it says "no riff raff " and "no flouncing." So whoever posted it could not possibly have been looking at me.
I have never flounced. I just burst into tears and crawl away....
