Someone's walked off with our bin! We've got a smelly one with no labels on! Mine's got two with the house numbers on (OK, so one's a bit faded) but the other one was only put on last week! STUPID STUPID PEOPLE FOR NOT LOOKING! I'm not having someone else's smelly bin! There, better now. Well not really.

This is a valid moan. I ended up with a cracked, scruffy lookin' broken lidded WB once, I was straight out and hunting down my proper cleaned-once-a-fortnight-fully-functional-with-my-house-number-painted-on-it WB! Grrr. AH

next bin day,see if you can see it,tip the stuff out on the ground and take it back in your property, and when the smelly one is empty, put it on the property that had stolen your loverly perfect one.

I'm sure you'll all be riveted to know that I left the offending item at the very edge of the driveway - Bagpuss shop like - so whoever lost it could claim it back - lo returning yesterday afternoon there was my bin halfway up the drive!
Sanity returned - but I felt Dirty! at the thought of having to use someone else's bin!
What am I like eh?

Well goodness sake. If I'm not smited occasionally how will I ever learn?

trubble, when i saw your avatar just now, i was very tempted to smite you. it's that bad! i've never smited a soul to date, but you're tempting me Betty, I just smited you for your holier-than-thou non-smiting stance . . . let that teach you a lesson. (I'll exalt you again in a day or two once you've learned your lesson. Karma should be like Fight Club. The first rule of Karma is that you don't talk about Karma). Having said that, I do agree that Trub's child persona avatar is slightly disturbing and weird, but if she wants to get in touch with her inner child, who are we to stop her?
