Well, I don't buy papers anyways, so this is no use to me, but even if I did, as pointed out in the clip, you can lose/ditch/pass on a paper and it costs nothing...you would have to carry this thing around all day.
Amazon do one of these for books as well, it's called "Kindle" or something, but I like proper books, so I will be sticking with them.
Some modern technology is great, some just seems like overkill.

I can't see the advertisers liking it - When you do leave your paper on a train - that is hundreds of potential customers reading that one paper. There was mention of using it to download books - I like books too - There is nothing worse than seeing pictures of a house for sale and along with no clutter - there is no literature! Empty house = Empty mind.
What this could be good for is an insurance style back up of the books you already have (provided they are made available of course).
I do like the fact that screens are becoming easier to read though, and the complete plastic technology in this is dashed clever - however - it's all very well saying (as they do) that it's more environmentally friendly - but they didn't explain how the plastic is made to put it together?
