This one is not as testing as SWL's; you don't have to think about one artist.
It's more of a personality test.
What you have to do is name the song (and artist) which represents the following:
1. Your childhood
2. Your first love.
3. Your wild youth
4. Your family
5. Your career/economic status
6. Your best ever holiday
7. Your current (or last) relationship
8. Where you live.
9. Your saddest time/lowest ebb.
10. Your philosophy of life/faith/religion
You can explain your song choices or not, as you see fit. You can use a song that reminds you of the thing, or a song that describes the thing.

1. Your childhood
"Our House" by Madness
2. Your first love. "Teenage Kicks" by the Undertones
3. Your wild youth "The Passenger" by Iggy Pop
4. Your family
"The Flower Duet" (from the opera, like)
5. Your career/economic status
"It's the End of the World As We Know it (and I feel fine)" by REM
6. Your best ever holiday
"Rebellion/Lies" by The Arcade Fire
7. Your current (or last) relationship
"(Are you) the one that I've been Waiting For" by Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds
8. Where you live.
"Rain Town" by Deacon Blue, OR "Tinseltown in the Rain" by The Blue Nile . . which is cheating because both are actually songs about the city I live in.
9. Your saddest time/lowest ebb.
"Butterflies and Hurricanes" by Muse
10. Your philosophy of life/faith/religion
"We're All Going to Die" by Malcolm Middleton, OR "Do you Realise" by the Flaming Lips

2. Your first love.
“I Can’t Let Maggie Go” by Honeybus (reminds me of when I first met Mr. E)
3. Your wild youth
“Hey Joe” by Jimi Hendrix (reminds me of my mid teens)
4. Your family
“The Folks Who Live on the Hill” by Peggy Lee (listen to the words and it explains everything – can’t listen to it without crying)
5. Your career/economic status
“All Right Now” by Free (all right now – I’m not working!)
6. Your best ever holiday
California Dreamin’ by Mamas and Papas
