Well, how did everyone do?
I got a whole round correct (the one about the Hans Holbein Tudor paintings). Mr. E. reckons I should enter a team named Chelmsford Smartarses. I think he was being sarcastic though.
BTW has anyone heard that young Guttenplan (the clever one on the Cambridge team) has a Facebook following? Bless him, he looks very sweet.

The boy's an absolute machine. His team raced away, didn't they? Trouble was, because their score was so much bigger than the other team's almost from the word go, you knew they would win, so not quite so exciting I suppose.

Not an absolute machine. He got some wrong, and twice said (very sweetly) that he didn't know. And there was always a chance (unlike with the girl last year) that he might choke.

And there was always a chance (unlike with the girl last year) that he might choke. Is this kind of Babe Rating banter allowed on the Crouch?

I'm thinking of starting an older woman's fan club for Mr. Guttenplan.
