ahhh - how nice - yes it was a very good one, 2010. thank you dear people, for your good wishes. i'm touched... bit pissed mind you as i'v e just come in from next door having had a few glasses - chin chin an all. Trubble, thankyou. it's funny how you get impressions from people on the ol' net and from you it is sincereity and a genuine person. if only i could save all your great birthday wishes onto a card on my mantlepiece - now doubled by Patrick, WOW!. thank you yes, partook one or two of your suggested indulgences, a soak in the bath, oral gratification, ahem.... clean minds please, my dear friend who is 81 took me for a delicious pub meal (out to lunchtime), then a wee snoozle, and round the block with the lads...... cheers motorist, that is the biggest cupcake i ever did see, and while i am generally off cake, it looks so inviting i might just have to dive right into it. thank you dear people - it's been a great birthday topped by your lovely wishes. i am just a little ddddrrrrrruuuuunnnnnkkkk, as the dear boy might say. trying to find a song to say thank you - and i hope you like it, everso - thank you all for the lovely birthday wishes. hic!

Hey, Phillipa. Happy day after birthday (lots of water and tea, eh? Maybe some paracetamol. And maybe also The Good, The Bad and The Ugly, which I have found to be a good my day after birthday (or any celebration) film. Very slow moving and soothing.)

feeling a little worse for wear and took the day rather gently. it's a shame i don't have Clints filum Aubrey - good suggestion. the long lingering shots being very much of its day i remember. good soundtrack. i did do the movie bit, though, with my young pal Tom Crow (great name dont you think) who came over for our regular sunday night dvd viewing. Withnail and I we saw although i think it was a bit lost on him - yoof of today, seem somewhat more clean living nowadays even if they do partake in the odd recreational stimulant. i'm chuffed to bits with all the wishes, Riot, Weyland and Aubrey - thank you

i've lost half my post - where on earth did that go, i wonder. was wondering about your mysterious pressy Weyland - looks like a desirable blingy thing. can i wear it? or should it go on my mantlepiece next to trubbles card? no symmetry there - a tricky one that's going to be. excellent drunk?
