 Dear Infallible Lovely Leader (ILL for short) aka Patrick, The Stubby Army have spent the last few weeks collating all the wonderful things we often say about you behind your back but are too damned shy to say to your face and we've put them all in a little box and whenever you are feeling in need of a pick-me-up you can just go ahead and press that big old button and read one of them and it will be just like getting a teddy bear hug. Happy Birthday, dear Patrick . . .  Talking of Tesco, a couple of main roads are closed just now in Welshpool, because of work on the gigantic Tesco they're building there. Welshpool was in no need of yet another supermarket. Already has a S'bury, a M'sons, and a big Spar. It would be nice to have a Lidl or Aldi there, but a Tesco is just a superfluous carbuncle. |

Sneaky! Extending the birthday over the whole week, huh? Well... why not?! Don't think you'll get a Tesco on fire every day though. Some days you may just have to settle for a Boots.
