I don't know what we're eating tonight, but I've just thrown up, so I'm having nothing. (I need my drugs - I'm hurting real bad, mister - gotta wait till tomorrow for the prescription to be ready. Omeprazole, in case you're wondering). Sesley - you really bang your keyboard, don't you? With your big blue hand - you just thump it.

Have done since they stopped the Nexium. Proton pump inhibitors, both. I used to be a martyr to my proton pumps, I did. Big blue hand?

I most certainly do NOT make my own. That is Mr. E's job. He can cook two things: porridge and pancakes. I had just two pancakes tonight with a topping of maple syrup, lemon juice and double cream. The slimmer's option. Mr. E. ate 6 at the last count.

I spent most of yesterday arguing with Karen about how inferior fat american pancakes are and how you have to have lemon and sugar on them. She ended up having four fat pancakes with butter on and bacon. What kind of pancake day is that

American pancakes are utter shit, and no mistake And I've seen them putting syrup, even sugar, on French toast. Canadians are no better in that department. There should be a law.

I know now why I have them. I want to say, though, that I did not mind throwing up. I did dislike the previous night when I couldn't sleep from about 2am due to having a "backing up" feeling in my throat.

Oh Aubs, I threw up today many many times. I hate it, but you do feel better afterwards - usually.

Not nice, though.
I used top throw up a lot, 4-5 years ago, but I don't so much now. I could throw up from laughing too much - hearing a story about a narcoleptics meeting where they had to have three minute takers did it for me one time. Worth it for the story, though.

But isn't it great to laugh so much that it makes you sick?
Love the narcoleptics joke! Mind you I used to take minutes at a flower club meeting and that would send me off to sleep no probs.
