Women looked their best during the 40's and 50's. Smart, feminine and tidy. Us blokes also looked well smart as a matter of fact. AH How true, Alph. Get a load of this. She often dresses in the styles of the 40s. Dressing up is good. I think she may well be the much sought-after perfect woman. Looks, figure, sings, dances, teaches music, speaks perfect Dutch and English. My daughter calls her my girlfriend. In my dreams. And I'm going to a concert of hers next week in Enschede. Can't wait. (See my sig.) I think I've already introduced you to the lovely Regina Spektor... What a girlie! As for the Caro vid...so nice to see women in *gasp* dresses and feminine clothing... Oh, enjoy the concert. AH

An embarassment of riches. And then there's Ev on top as well! Good job I remembered to bring my medication. Prepare yourself . . . That Man.

(Having said that, you're not exactly in the fried-eggs department yourself, dear lady.) You mean ?

Sarah Lucas! yay!
That That Man song starts off like its going to be the theme from Jeeves and Wooster.
And does it surprise anyone to learn that there is a Fall song called That Man? I won't put a link; but it's about the second coming of Christ, in Accrington ("Hovis Land"). It lasts about 90 seconds, and it has a lovely kazoo solo.

I prefer my eggs scrambled, frankly.

The citrus clock is still an hour slow. It's that time of year again. I believe it's known in journalistic circles as a slow time of year.
