It cannot be denied that they do have all the style the Beckhams are so renowned for. (Looks like he had a serious shirt accident, though. Is that grey binbag part of the shirt, or over it?) And another thing, the Mail says "Not too Posh to breastfeed: Victoria plans to feed her new daughter naturally for the first time." Do they mean it's not being fed naturally in the inner Posh?

Sorry, but I think those dresses are stylish, elegant and fashionable and if I were 3 stone lighter and several thousand pounds richer I'd be rocking them. I think her dresses are good on the whole.

I think her dresses are good on the whole. ~£500 ~15p True, the "stylish" one has pockets, and would suit a colour-blind nail technician, but the other one looks better (no doubt at least partly because it's not on a scrawny model).

This is interesting, Riot. These chaps seem to prefer a well endowed woman. Not ten minutes ago I stepped on my bathroom scales and thanked the lord that they couldn't talk (they'd have said "No coach parties"). I was vowing to go on one of my diets, but now I'm not so sure.

No I am definitely watching what I eat at present. I seem to have ballooned a little over the summer, and a week of Bosnian excess has not helped. I actuially wouuld like to be as thin as Posh Spice, but I think it is physically impossible for me. My bones are not that small!

No, no Riot. Don't even try!
Here's FZ's typically sensitive view:
Some girls try it ’n’ go on a diet Then they worry ’cause they’s too fat Who wants t’ride on a ironin’ board? That ain’t no fun...i tried me one
Grow that meat all over yer bones Work the wall with the local jones ’n’ while you do it, remember this line The sniffer says it all the time
"the bigger the cushion, the better the pushin’ The bigger the cushion, the better the pushin’ The bigger the cushion, the better the pushin’ The bigger the cushion..."

It's enough to make anyone go on a diet immediately.

Would much sooner be caught up in a wild embrace with Everso or Riot any day than Victoria Beckham.

It's enough to make anyone go on a diet immediately. That's a very hurtful thing to say, Jean, and it's high time you were banned.

Well, I'm always telling Mr. E. that I'm just how he likes me.
I must lay off cake though. It's my one weakness. ;D

" the bigger the cushion, the better the pushin’ The bigger the cushion, the better the pushin’ The bigger the cushion, the better the pushin’ The bigger the cushion..."Sorry to come over all humourless feminist, but that comment is on a level with 'You don't look at the mantelpiece when you're poking the fire.'It's not the business of any man to pass judgment on how I rate as a sexual partner, but if he is going to do it, he had better speak of me as a sentient being rather than a piece of furniture.

Well, I'm always telling Mr. E. that I'm just how he likes me. And that you're always right, right? In the mathematics of electrical engineering, the so-called imaginary number, i, which is the square root of -1, plays a significant part. I'd say your one is of the same ilk. This is not a negative comment. ~ Just checked my Beko freezer. It's not on the danger list. Phew.

Sorry to come over all humourless feminist, but ... IMNSHO, from Clarkson the ditty would be ..er.. unbecoming. From Aub it can't be. If you'd met Aub you wouldn't need to be told.

Aubs is being provocative, and he knows it. The clue is in that 'typically sensitive'.
(Besides, he didn't actually write that ditty himself.)

And Frank didn't write that bit that you don't like, Jean; it's an old catchphrase.
Frank always had a knack of putting a progressive view in an unprogressive way (he wanted to annoy both sides).
And he did like rescuing old catchphrases and preserving them.
But I'm sorry if it bothered you.
