Best music for getting you going

What I mean is, best music for getting you to move quickly.

I was doing my housework this morning and put on a CD of "Carmen" by Bizet. The overture certainly had me moving fast, but by the time it got to the Habenera I'd slowed down quite a bit.

Frankly, you can't beat a bit of Fred Astaire.

Your one flaw?

I LOVE Carmen, but for housework (and other purposes, wink, wink) you definitely want Carmen Jones, which can never be bettered.
