This is the kind of stuff I spend my evenings watching. I love the way a lack of the right equipment doesn't prevent Jess when he has his heart set on a slow motion scene.

The actors are Jess himself, and his muse (and life partner, co-writer and co-director) Lina Romay. (Probably not that safe for work, depending on the kind of place you work at.)
