It was with great excitement that I read this morning that a new series is due to be aired.
I absolutely loved the first series. Tom Hollander is perfect as the vicar (I have a bit of a crush on him), and Simon McBurney as the Archdeacon is wonderful.
Just as Downton finishes, so Rev begins! Yay!
My life is complete.

She's only a foreigner. ~ It's long past time the BBC made South Pacific into a soap, with Caro Emerald as Mitzi Gaynor, Johnny Vegas as Rossano Brazzi, and Lady Gaga as Bloody Mary. |

I was well pleased with Rev last night. I still have a crush on Tom Hollander. Don't know why because he's only about 4 feet tall. He has a nice voice though.
Rev is a pleasant, gentle, fairly amusing half hour and I thoroughly recommend it.

I was expecting those horrible pastel getups they sport these days. Bonneville again. Yawn. Bit of a curate's egg, but no yellow card this time. "You don't shag me enough!", said his wife. I love subtle humour. |

I just watched episode 6 of 7. Excellent! I'm really enjoying this and I'll be surprised if they don't make a third series.
