The local authority I worked for eventaully got round to hooking us all up to the internet and giving us e-mail access. We we warned that we were not allowed to use it for personal stuff and that our use would be monitored. Certain words would be blocked, including "sex".
Unfortunately any word containing "sex" also got thrown out, which was a bit unfortunate given that we were based in Sussex.
