The mancub has been poorly today and I've been at home all week so after a bracing walk through the woods which did us both good, we came back home to hot cross buns and TV in front of the fire.

'The Other Guys' with Mark Wahlberg & Will Ferrel had us both laughing out loud and the we wallowed in 'Finding Nemo'.

One of the nicest afternoons I've had in ages...
