I'm in nostalgia mood this early Saturday morning. Good god. I remember this. Les Dawson... and Warren Mitchell too...being very good. But the sideburns and the chain smoking.....I'll shave before my next post.  I'd have done well on this programme. |

Where I first saw the great Barry Cryer. And there was a joke by someone who I can't remember (could it have been Ray something?) about a man who has his hat chewed up by another man's dog. He complains, and the other man is quite rude, which leads to the punchline; "I don't like your attitude." "It wasn't my attitude, it was your attitude." A line that always comes into my mind - 40 years later - whenever I hear the word Attitude.
