No, it's not right. Bloody terrible, really. But I don't know how you could ban them (though the Kennel Club could unrecognise them, which would help).
I'm amazed how many people think it's a good idea to get small dogs, say, just because Paris Hilton, say, has one. Maybe they didn't know dogs like that existed before: which would you'd have thought be a disincentive to getting one.

Bull terriers should be wiped out. We have so many problems with tenants and that breed. And the type of tenant who keeps them just simply wont listen. I have recently dealt with one tenant who was breeding staffies...in an occupied tenancy in which we declare 'no pets allowed'. He issued me with death threats, the works. I was in a shop last year and he came up and stuck two fingers upon my forehead...'wanna know what it's like to have cold steel there?'...  We have tenants who simply use the property to farm bull terriers. It's a real problem. |
