I'm Twitter - as you know. Bit of Facebook. Often see Tweets from Pro-Boards about this or that announcement, but aside from their big U.S following where I imagine there are still well used Boards, I wonder how long they can survive. Unless there are some superduper add-ons to integrate the Boards better with other "Social Networks" (spit spit, hate that word) They must be dead in many places.
Hello! Hope all's well and you're still "Walking/Hiking!!" Been an interesting year here as we're toying with the idea of escaping the country, France or Ireland. Going to be visiting friends across the Channel at the end of the month as they try to lure us over!
Hope we can organise something soon. Starting to go through the clutter and deciding what to throw out or sell. I like ebay, but I can't bring myself to start selling there. All that stomping back and forth to the Post Office!! Sure, I've probably got the time to do it - but it would probably take years to sell some stuff (like my brother and I's Model Car collection - in seven boxes in the garage!!!
Well, good luck, whatever you decide. We will need to move but the thought of all the collected stuff we need to get rid of just makes us delay the decision! We haven't worked out how to use e-bay either so it might have to be boot sales - horror!
I'm still posting on boards, mainly the two which replaced the BBC Archers board. You might like to try this one, where we play silly games. It is struggling for members at the moment so I know you will be very welcome! You will find me posting most often on "Wordy Ones"
