Well, One day a wysteria meets a hysteria and they go out a lot and have a lot of fun together - some time along that line they decide to get married because they like each other so much and eventually they have lots of little sterias - "lysteria" if you like. So a Hysteria is a Daddy steria, ;D I say! this place-I feel like I'm getting my A levels here! fabby!

How would it make it harder? Surely it's harder for those who have to suffer tragedy alone and unsupported without all the out pouring of grief from the masses and wellwishers? If that were the case we wouldn't have the likes of Jade Goody selling her tumours for a quick buck and a place on the front cover of OK magazine. Again it's a very strange worship of celebrity, in which they somehow 'suffer' more than the ordinary guy on the street, which is bollocks of course!

Possibly the sickest comment I've read on a message board ever.

Well clearly 'Parsley' you've been lucky enough not to find out. I can assure you the last thing you need at such a time is to have to face the intrusion of people wanting to know everything and quiz you about it. Let alone have reporters camped outside thrusting cameras and microphones at you.
What you do need is the comfort and support of your own family and friends.

Very well said Coffeepot. There's nothing worse than people pushing in on what should be a private time.

Parsley, yours is an interesting point but somehow it seems surly and crude to discuss it in a thread about a little boy.
Do you fancy starting a new thread about it and the general hysteria?
This is not a moderator's plea by the way, just a trubble one.

You're not that woman from the old Oxo ads by any chance? Or Jeffrey Archer's missus? I do like older crumpet...ask Trubbs and Riot. (TAXI!)

despite his disability and knowing that Ivan might die young, it must have been a terrible shock. even when you expect it, death is always a surprise.
i hope the press are respectful.
