'AS ANYONE OF YOU FINE UPSTANDING PILLars of the local community chancved upon the latest advert for mr captaiN BIRDSEYE? IT IS A sort television clip ALL ABOUT a new product what he is trying to make us buy with our money and this product is called 'A BIRDSEYE SALMON FISHFINGER' i watched it just a bit earlier on ago today this evening and i have to tell you dear listener, i married him i mean i have to TELL YOU I WAS QWUIRTE FRANKLY HORRIFIED AT THE SALACIOUS PERVERTERY I WAS WITNESS TO... it went a little somethink like this.. interior- kitchen VOICE OF VIC REEVES: Who are you? FISHFINGER:( in a seductive female voice) WHO , LITTLE OL ME? WHY I AM THE NEW SALMON FISHFINGER, NEW FROM MR CAPTAIN BIRDSEYE.. VOICE OF VIC REEVES: SALMON FISH FINGER? does that mean youre all pink underneath? (sound of fishfinger unzipping her clothes i mean breadcrumbs) FISHFINGER: TAKE A LOOK N SEE..... am i right in thinking this new salmon fishfinger from mr captain birdseye is shamelessly flashing her fanny at vic reeves? WHAT MANNER OF OUTRAGEOUS PERVERTERY IS this? i loike a fishcake meself, QWUITE FRANKLY.

The correct thing to have with fish fingers is tartare sauce. Nothing else will do.

On the last day of term at school it was always Fish fingers and mashed potato and baked beans - and they'd put all the left over bread at the end of the servery to stuff yourself with. So it was Fish Finger, Baked Bean and Mashed Potato sandwiches all round! Yum!

I cannot stand fish fingers, salmon included. I love fresh fish and our fishmonger does some nice haddock fishcakes. That is as far as I go.
