Our Wedding cake is still going strong from June last year - it's only wrapped in cling film in a cool place as well! Do you like my bacon and eggs? All my own work! Just a pity it goes a bit funny coloured in artificial light!

I think Sesley should invite us all over to taste some of these creations.

This is bacon from the Bacon stall at my market - it has a wonderful full flavour - with a lightly smoked tang - goes brilliantly in quiches and my bacon/leek/cheese/pasta bake. because the flavour spreads. It's never really occurred to me that it doesn't have much fat on - I just enjoy the flavour! It does have fat on sometimes, it just depends where it's been cut from.
I had some traditional scales once - but always found it difficult to read the exact weight - if I looked through my left eye it seemed bias to one side and vice versa, so sadly bought digital next time!
