The proper (i.e. not sleb) Apprentice starts again next week.
Who's watching it?
I LOVED it last year - it was briliantly hilarious, but nobody else in my family likes it, so I'm hoping that some of my cyber-family here on the Stub will be up for a bit of debate and argument and chat about it when it starts.
Anyone else going to be watching?

I would love to! ......but Sugar just annoys me - and (I apologise from making ignorant assumptions here) but the would be apprentices just seem to be the hollow shallow irritating type of people that are making this world fall apart! Sorry. Pity it's not Philip Green doing it - I like him.

It's my favourite of the reality show genre - although it gets a little crappier every year so eventually will be rubbish. I love it. I'll be watching and discussing.

I can't say I liked Apprentice too much. I did find "Dragon's Den" amusing, even if only because some of the products/ideas/inventions were interesting

I was just thinking of starting a thread today about this. I love it, mainly because I would do so-ooo much better than any of them. I agree that the standard is slipping. It was almost inevitable that they'd start choosing according to what would make good telly, so we saw quite a few utter freaks in the last series. The first series, I had the winner sussed by the 2nd episode but it's got more difficult because frankly, none of the people in the last two series would stand a chance in real life.
The real winner though has been Alan Sugar. What a transformation in his image ;D

I'm sitting here, Diet Coke in my glass, all yoga-d out (I got the yogic giggles tonight doing a shoulder-stand to bridge thing where I coudn't quite get my feet on the ground), about to skin up, ready to watch.
It takes a while to get the personalities of them all though, doesn't it?

Guy with ridiculous beard - "We're looking like total prats" I think he's a bit sexist. And he looks a bit Islamic. Which makes him a stereotype, and I therefore do not think he should be on TV.

Except for the stupid sexist comment, I was quietly impressed with him.
Mona (girl's team leader) I would have slapped for speaking to a customer the way she did. Terrible leader.

And except for that Mrs Lincoln, how did you enjoy the play? (& anyway, he made TWO sexist comments - one about his wife = cleaner and one about not getting beaten by girls.) Momo (I think it is) was rubbish. The good-looking skinny blonde one is a sly one.

Deborah's a two-faced, lying bitch.
And she's stupid.

Moma I think.
Deborah's a bit snippy and I don't like the shape of her face.
And the other Indian girl in the boardroom - does she have a hare lip?
Moma to go. She's a drama queen.
