We were having Sunday lunch a couple of weeks ago and it's our habit to play music while we eat...my eldest boy was quite shocked when Rock me Amadeus sprang out from my playlist...tsk..kids...they know nothing.. I hope you cranked the volume right up, Bonbon...for it be a joyous noise! AH

Was the 80's be the golden age of muzak...was it be the most diverse and creatively catchy tunesome period in the history of the universe? Yes, I think it was! Fucking incredible. God bless the 80's AH

Synth is well ripped off from the "Trio" classic "Da da da". AH

Surely you mean the drums? That's just a standard Casio setting, with added live kit (momus adds some sequenced drums)
The Fall used a similar setting on The |Man Whose Head Expanded
That Trio singer could have had a career in Russian porn films.

I can't find a version where they sing it. Here are the words, you'll have to do it yourself. Far, far away, in heathen darkness dwelling, Millions of souls for ever may be lost; Who, who will go, salvation’s story telling, Looking to Jesus, heeding not the cost?
Refrain
"All power is given unto Me, All power is given unto Me, Go ye into all the world and preach the Gospel, And lo, I am with you always.”

Pixies, Here Comes Your Man, with the crowd on backing vocals. This is an excellent song to put on first thing in the morning to get you out of bed.
