What are you talking about? Is this some "fluffy" terminology I'm not familiar with? I'm simply pointing out that the last time I knew, which is about five years ago, the national broadcasting organisation of this country, of this language around the world, has as its official policy the appropriate use of the form "whom". The Telegraph uses it as a matter of course, as does The Times. I have even seen Mr.Rosen use it. So if it is obsolescent, which I doubt, it's got some way to go yet.
